Three beer-battered fish, onion, cilantro, orange slaw, three-pepper sauce and avocado on soft corn tortillas.
ORIGINAL FISH TACOS
Three tortilla-encrusted fish, roasted corn salsa, shredded red cabbage and chipotle aioli on soft corn tortillas.
TACO SALAD
Crisp tortilla bowl filled with shredded lettuce, cheese, corn salsa, salsa fresca, enchilada sauce, guacamole, and sour cream, with choice of shredded chicken or seasoned ground beef.
SIGNATURE HOUSE SALAD
Lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, tomatoes, queso fresco and pickled onions, tossed in tequila lime dressing. Add grilled chicken, grilled steak, or Baja shrimp.
CHICKEN SUNBURST CHOP SALAD
Marinated grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, roasted mushrooms, cucumbers, avocado, salsa fresca, and mixed lettuce. Comes with choice of dressing.

Seared rare Ahi tuna over baby spinach, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, pickled onions, orange slaw and fresh cilantro, tossed in tequila cilantro dressing and drizzled with honey mustard.
A cheese enchilada with choice of chicken, ground beef, sirloin, pork carnitas, or roasted veggies baked in our enchilada sauce. Served with Mexican rice and beans.
Shredded chicken and cheese, rolled into a flour tortilla, lightly fried and baked in our red chile sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, Mexican rice and beans.

Our hand held burrito. A large flour tortilla filled with choice of chicken, ground beef, sirloin, or pork carnitas, queso, Mexican rice, black beans, crema, guacamole, and salsa fresca.
Sautéed baby spinach, onions, peppers, and mushrooms along with corn salsa, Mexican rice, black beans, cheese, hacienda and baja sauce wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Lunch sized fajita. Grilled chicken or steak, seasoned with our signature spices and seared to perfection. Served with peppers, onions, Mexican rice, tomato, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and warm flour or corn tortillas.
A juicy half-pound beef burger with lettuce, tomato and American cheese. Comes with fries.
And we can make it with Chicken too!
