Native to the Gulf of Mexico, red snapper is naturally sweet and nutty with a flavorful Margaritas twist that is sure to have you leaving with a full belly and happy heart. A 10 oz. seared red snapper fillet with three pepper sauce, served over Mexican rice and sautéed seasonal vegetables with Mexican Street Corn.
 

STEAK & ENCHILADAS
Been working all day?  This one is for the hungry hombre or chiquita. Juicy tri tip sirloin steak encrusted with our Guadalajara cracked-pepper and drizzled with homemade chimichurri sauce, served with two saucy cheese enchiladas, lettuce, corn salsa, salsa fresca, avocado, queso fresco, rice and beans.     


TACOS AL CARBON (3)

Steak tacos inspired from our latest trip to Mexico, satisfying your sweet and salty cravings in one hearty handful of goodness. Three tri tip steak and caramelized onion tacos, served in warm flour tortillas dusted with masa, and a side of homemade chimichurri sauce. Topped with cilantro, for the cilantro lovers.     


FIESTA ENSALADA

Light and satisfying, this chopped salad is packed with flavor without the overindulgence.   Lettuce tossed in tequila cilantro vinaigrette, bacon, tomato, black beans, avocado, hardboiled egg, fire roasted corn and queso fresco. Try it with Grilled Chicken, Grilled Tri Tip Steak or Sautéed Shrimp.
