Leadership Team

John Pelletier

John Pelletier has spent his entire career in the restaurant industry beginning as a dishwasher at Chuck’s Steakhouse in Connecticut.  Eventually John relocated to Concord, NH as a manager and ultimately became the owner Tio Juan’s.  That restaurant evolved into Margaritas Mexican Restaurant and the family of 26 restaurants it is today.  John now oversees the Board of Directors for Margaritas and still influences the culture and direction of the company, the people and our great flavors.

Dave Pelletier

Like his older brother, Dave Pelletier started out as a dishwasher for Chuck’s Steakhouse.  He continued his restaurant career with a brief stint with Chili’s in Florida.  John eventually convinced Dave to join him with the lure of opening more restaurants throughout New England.  Dave was instrumental in coordinating the flow of Mexican decor into Margaritas as well as building the team that would help the restaurants grow.  Dave continues to be a vital part of the company as an active Board Member who continues to influence the growth and vision of the company.

Hugo Marin

Hugo has been President of Margaritas since August 2011 and has been working in the restaurant industry for all of his career. His past experience includes the Restaurant Division of Al Copeland Investments, Ted’s Montana Grill, the Cheesecake Factory and the Macaroni Grill.

Mario Mancini

Mario was named Chief Financial Officer of Margaritas in February of 2013. His past experience includes CFO at New France, LLC in Boston, Controller at the Briar Group, LLC in Boston and CFO for The Olive Group Management, LLC also in Boston, MA. Mario is a CPA, graduate of the University of Lowell and has earned a Master’s Degree in taxation from Bentley College.
