Field Trips to Margaritas Mexican Restaurants

Margaritas Mexican Restaurant offers students and educators the opportunity to visit our various Margaritas locations to learn about Mexican art, culture and food through engaging, interactive activities.  Field Trips to our culturally rich restaurants are a valuable educational experience for local students and teachers.  They take place at all Margaritas locations between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Our Field Trip Program is a fun learning experience enjoyed by all. Our goal is to give local teachers and students a unique, hands-on opportunity to experience the vibrant Mexican culture. The programs are designed to be interactive, providing various perspectives of the Mexican way of life and illuminating the unique and fascinating characteristics of Mexican culture. Through the Field Trip Program, students will cultivate a better appreciation and understanding of contemporary Mexico.

There are three  Field Trip packages available that feature guided restaurant tours and food demonstrations. Two of these packages include a DVD presentation of contemporary Mexico that highlights Mexican artisans, markets, street scenes and mariachis. A teacher study guide is provided prior to the visit, which has materials to prepare students for their visit to Margaritas as well as follow-up activities for later classroom discussion.

All programs require a minimum of 25 students.
