Part of our mission at Margaritas is to support local community organizations. One of the ways that we accomplish this is through the Noche Mexicana (Mexican Night) Fundraisers hosted at each of our restaurants. These great events are easy to set up, fun to attend, and can be profitable for your organizations. 15% of all pre-tax, food and beverage purchases by the fundraiser participants will be donated to your 501(c)3 or non-profit school organization.
Can we have a table to place information about our organization and put out a collection jar?
Yes, please check with the manager of the restaurant and we will provide you with a table for you to place information about your organization. You may put out a collection jar for restaurant guests to donate money if they wish.
Are we allowed to pass out handbills and flyers to guests coming to Margaritas?
You cannot solicit to our guests on the night of your fundraiser. We will provide handbills to anyone who has come to Margaritas to support your fundraiser, if they forgot to bring their own handbill. If a guest wishes to support your cause they can make a contribution or purchase a raffle ticket-if you are holding a raffle.
Can we hang our banner in front of your restaurant on the night of our fundraiser?
Depending on the space, we will provide you with a table and you can hang your banner from the table.
Can we have a raffle, 50/50 or silent auction on the night of our fundraiser to make extra money?
Yes, you can hold a raffle for your participants. It is your responsibility to obtain a permit or license if required from your city. You must sign our Raffle Waiver document.
