Excellent training, all managers are thoroughly trained in all positions for a seven to ten week period, depending on experience. From the back of the house, to the front of the house to the administrative details, you will learn what it takes to run a Margaritas. You will then be encouraged and supported to bring your knowledge forward and lead your location to excellence.

Managers.
We
are
true
believers

management
taking
extended
time
off
to
recharge
their
batteries.
Hence,
after
every
five
years
of
service,
they
can
propose
a
plan
to
take
an
extended
paid
leave
of
absence,
a
sabbatical.
They
may
want
to
travel
Europe
or
spend
a
month
at
home
with
their
family.
Whatever
the
reason,
they
just
have
to
come
to
us
with
what
they
would
like
to
do.
We

work
on

plan
so

can
take
three,

they
