  • Very aggressive, rewarding bonus program based on cash flow and location budgets. We give 7% of  each restaurant’s cash flow EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes Add Back Deprecation and Amortization) to the management team. We also reward managers for coming in under budget. All bonuses are based on the year, yet are estimated and paid quarterly.

Sabbatical Program

  • After five years of service special consideration is given for General Managers and Assistant General Managers. We are true believers in management taking extended time off to recharge their batteries. Hence, after every five years of service, they can propose a plan to take an extended paid leave of absence, a sabbatical. They may want to travel Europe or spend a month at home with their family. Whatever the reason, they just have to come to us with what they would like to do. We will work on a plan so they can take three, four or five weeks of vacation if they so choose.
