Robert Hoffmeister President and COO

Robert has been President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2008. From July 2006 to December 2007, Robert was Regional Vice President of 99 Restaurants, Inc. in Woburn, Massachusetts. From February 2004 to July 2006, he was Vice President, Franchise Development for Au Bon Pain in Boston, Massachusetts. From May 1999 to February 2004, Robert was Chief Operating Officer of American Hospitality Concepts, Inc. in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Ken Cox Chief Financial Officer

Ken has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2008. From September 2004 to August 2007, Ken was Chief Financial Officer of Sam Seltzers Steakhouse, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. From May 2002 to August 2004, he was Chief Financial Officer of Olive Group Corporation in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

Dawn M. Perry, CMD Chief Marketing Officer

Dawn is the newest member of the Margaritas Leadership Team. She joined Margaritas on May 4th , 2010 just one day shy of the infamous Cinco de Mayo! Dawn and the team visited 8 restaurants on Cinco fast tracking her new career. Dawn brings 20 years of experience from the retail and hospitality industries and as well as many years marketing shopping centers. She has international marketing background with food and beverage companies and was brought on board to “elevate the awareness” of our brand image and to assist in our expansion plans…to name a few. “We love our brand and believe so strongly in it that taking it to market comes very naturally to us!” says Dawn.

Thomas Radomski, CFE Vice President of Franchise Development

Thomas has been Vice President of Franchise Operations since October 2008. From December 2001 to June 2008, Thomas was Vice President of Operations for MMGI. From February 2000 to December 2001 Thomas was a Director of Operations for MMGI.

Martha Leahy Vice President – Executive Chef

Martha has been Vice President – Executive Chef since October 2008. From January 2007 to May 2008, Martha was Assistant Director of Education at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts. From June 1999 to July 2006, she held several positions with Bertucci’s in Northborough, Massachusetts, including Senior Director of Culinary and Beverage Operations/Chef, Area Training Director, and Manager of Culinary Education/Chef.

Richard Villanueva Director of Training

Richard has been Director of Training since April 2009. From July 2006 to December 2008, he was Director of Training for Legal Sea Foods, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts. From August 1998 to July 2006, Richard was Manager of Training/Training Specialist for Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, Inc. in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Paul Timmons Vice President of Marketing

Paul has been Vice President of Marketing since October 1996. He has guided the marketing program at Margaritas through enormous growth. While in his position, the company has more than tripled in size.

Bob Ray Vice President of Operations

Bob has been Vice President of Operations since October 2008. From January 2001 to October 2008, Bob was Vice President of New Store Openings. From 1992 to 2001 Bob was a manager and also the Chancellor of Food and Beverage.
