W2 Requests

All 2009 W2s were mailed on Thursday, 01/28/10 to the last address reported on your payroll check. If you do not receive your W2, or if you need to request an amendment, please email Michael Farley at the Support Center.

You will need to provide him with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your current address
  • Your current phone number
  • The Margaritas location(s) where you work(ed)

W2 reissues will be mailed out on Mondays weekly. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process.

W2 amendments (W2Cs) are processed by the tax department at the payroll company and generally take 7 to 10 business days.

Due to the confidentiality of personal information, third party requests will not be accepted.
